V4 is a substantial step up from V3. Ghost kept the tub at 30 servings but raised the scoop from 14g to 22g, and used the extra room to push citrulline higher and add betaine and tyrosine to the formula. It's a stronger, more stimulating pre-workout than the version it replaced.

One scoop in 250-300ml of water, 20 to 30 minutes before you train. Start with half a scoop for your first few sessions to gauge tolerance — at 300mg of caffeine this is not a beginner's dose. Don't exceed one scoop a day, and avoid it within six hours of bedtime.
Built for lifters who already handle stimulants comfortably and want strong energy, focus and pump through a hard session. If you're new to pre-workout, sensitive to caffeine, or you train in the evening, either start at half a scoop or look at a lower-stimulant option. If you specifically want a 400mg hit, this isn't it — that's Legend All Out.
Legend contains no creatine, so if you're running creatine you'll want to take it separately.
