RYSE Hydration is your daily health and hydration optimizer. Through the inclusion of full spectrum electrolytes, vitamins, and more, RYSE Hydration keeps you performing at your best both physically and mentally.
Suggested use
Mix each serving (1 stick pack) of RYSE Hydration with 12-16 oz of water or beverage of choice. Vary amount of liquid to taste. Consume during or after exercise on training days or throughout the day as an electrolyte thirst quencher.
